Your agreement and rights
Scope, availability, response commitments and additional work follow your product contract and validly agreed terms. Opening a ticket does not automatically order paid extras. These notes do not restrict mandatory rights, including consumer rights.
Verified access
Private tickets and attachments require the verification and permissions enforced by SupportCandy. Do not enter sensitive data in public search fields. For urgent issues, use your agreed escalation route.
Cancellation, withdrawal and orders
Order, renewal, withdrawal and cancellation requests follow the relevant contract and applicable law. Use any contractually or legally required withdrawal or cancellation route. A general support ticket does not automatically replace it. This portal has no separate checkout.
International use
You may write in German, English, French or Spanish. Selecting a language changes neither your contract nor mandatory local rights. Support availability follows your product and agreement.
