Check your email and account

Search for the order confirmation and check your spam folder. If the service has a customer account, look in its order or billing area.

Request another copy

Open an account and billing ticket with the service name, order reference if available, approximate order date, and the email address used.

Protect account information

Ownership checks may be required before an invoice or account information can be provided.

Do not send payment card numbers, bank login information, or passwords.
